There are no joint gaps or connecting parts (such as nails, screws), which avoids the failure of traditional wooden trays due to loose joints causing load-bearing issues. The panel is evenly stressed in both the longitudinal and transverse directions, which can stably distribute the weight of the goods and reduce the risk of local crushing.
High dimensional accuracy and strong stability. During the production process, the shape is precisely controlled by the mold, resulting in a small size error (usually within ±2mm) for the finished product. Moreover, the raw materials have a low moisture content after high-temperature shaping (generally 6%-8%), which does not absorb moisture, deform, or warp. Even in humid or temperature-differential environments (such as cold chain warehouses, cross-border containers), it can maintain dimensional stability and avoid the tilting of goods due to the deformation of the tray.
